Ingredients Beef/chicken/mutton 1-1 ˝ kg (with bones) Onion 1 (sliced) Garlic 10-15 cloves (chopped) Ginger 2 tbsp (thinly sliced) Ghee/oil 1 cup Shan Stew Masala 1 packet Method 1. In hot oil add onion, meat, ginger, garlic and shan stew masala and stir fry for 10 minutes. 2. Then add 1-2 glasses water, cover and cook on slow flame until meat tender. 3. Sprinkle green coriander and serve with naan or roti. Do Pyaza
Ingredients Beef/chicken/mutton 1-1 ˝ kg (with bones) Onion 1-1 ˝ kg (thinly sliced) Garlic 5-10 cloves (chopped) Ginger 2 tbsp (thinly sliced) Yogurt 1 cup (beaten) Ghee/oil 1 ˝ - 2 cups Shan Stew Masala 1 packet Method 1. In hot ghee/oil add meat, ginger and garlic; stir fry meat till light reddish. 2. Then add 1-2 glasses water, cover and cook on slow flame until meat tender. 3. When meat tender, dry water on high flame. Then put onion and cook 10 minutes. 4. Now add yogurt and shan stew masala; cook until oil separates. Constantly stir it. 5. Serve with hot naan.
