Shan Seekh Kabab
Ingredients Beef/chicken mince 1 kg (machine proceed) Ghee/butter/fats ˝ cup Green chilli 2 tbsp (chopped) Onion medium 1 (chopped) Ginger paste 2 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Shan Seekh Kabab Masala 1 packet Method 1. Mix all ingredients in mince except ghee/butter and leave for 3 hours. 2. (If using fats process it with mince in a food processor then adds other ingredients). 3. Now add ghee/butter, make round small balls and thread on skewers and shape into seekh kabab. 4. BBQ on medium heat of coals or grill in oven until cooked and light golden. Avoid over cooking. 5. Serve hot seekh kabab with paratha, sliced onion and imli chutney. Shan Gola Kabab
Ingredients Beef/chicken mince 1kg (machine proceed) Fried onion ˝ cup (crushed) Yogurt ˝ cup (beaten) Raw papaya paste ˝ cup (with skin) Ghee/butter/fats ˝ cup Green chilli 2 tbsp (chopped) Onion medium 1 (chopped) Ginger paste 2 tbsp Garlic paste 1 tbsp Shan Seekh Kabab Masala 1 packet Method 1. Mix all ingredients in mince except ghee/butter and leave for 3 hours. 2. (If using fats process it with mince in a food processor then adds other ingredients). 3. Now add ghee/butter, make round small balls and put on skewers and shape into seekh kabab. 4. Wrap thread on kabab. 5. BBQ on medium heat of coals or grill in oven until cooked and light golden. 6. Avoid over cooking. 7. Serve hot gola kabab with paratha, sliced onion and imli chutney.
